AUTOMATED SERVICE

Automated Services are only available in select areas, please contact us to see if this is the service available in your area.


On our Automated routes each customer is supplied with

ONE 65 gallon wheeled rubbish cart to use with the service. 


Additional carts are also available for an additional monthly fee.


Rubbish set outside of the PFI carts will be collected and billed per additional cart dump at the current Extra Cart Dump rate.  Extra charges are billed in arrears and will appear on your next service invoice.


ALL RUBBISH MUST BE BAGGED & TIED IN YOUR CART.

CARTS MUST BE PLACED CURBSIDE BY 7AM,

COLLECTION TIMES CAN CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.



MANUAL SERVICE

With our Manual Service, rubbish carts are not required. 

We ask that all rubbish is bagged, tied and set curbside for collection each service day. 


 Each home is allowed up to 90 gallons physical volume per pickup.  This can be in any combination such as (3) 30-33 gallon or (2) 45 gallon cans or bags each pickup.


Extra rubbish will be collected and billed in 30 gallon increments at the current Extra Bag rate.  Extra charges are billed in arrears and will appear on your next service invoice.


ALL RUBBISH MUST BE BAGGED & TIED.

CARTS MUST BE PLACED CURBSIDE BY 7AM,

COLLECTION TIMES CAN CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

RATES ARE UPDATED ANNUALLY IN JULY.


7% RATE INCREASE COMING JULY 2024

THERE WILL BE A 7% RATE INCREASE EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2024.

Rates will be applied to all invoices generated by our systems from July 1st only.

If your services have already been billed for July and beyond, your rate increase will be applied on your next billing statement.

Need to get rid of a few large items?

Send us a picture or call to inquire about our Bulky Item Removal.

If you are looking to dispose of a few pieces of furniture like a couch, desk, bed,

numerous boxes or appliances we do offer Bulky Item Removal!

Rates range from $50 - $200 and are determined by service area and items being removed.

Additional disposal fees may apply to appliances, large metal items, etc.
